OctoberUK contractor Kier Group has been awarded the $54.5m (AED200m) infrastructure works Package 2 contract on this scheme. The scope of its deal including earthworks, road networks, the installation of deep and shallow services, three pumping stations, street lighting, and 14km of drainage and sewerage rising mains that connect the plot to Dubai Municipality networks.
