Project is currently under design stage. A minimalistic light-coloured design palette, harmonising elements and high-quality finishes are being used throughout the interiors of the development. This project will boast high ceilings from 3.2 m to 4 m. The villa will offer 7 bedrooms, 4 staff rooms and a chef room, and covered car garages will be present on the territory of the unique development, with a car lift and car turntable. The ground floor will boast a stunning marble staircase and an aquarium experience show entrance, as well as show and preparation kitchens that will be fitted with European branded appliances. The master bedroom will overlook the waterfront and the huge pool, and will come with fully-openable windows, whilst a jacuzzi and a built-in fireplace will be present in the master bathroom. On the basement floor a swimming pool, a pool spa with hot and cold plunges, as well as a fully-equipped pool bar, a private cinema for 8–10 people and a fitness studio will be present. The roof terrace will be the perfect place to relax thanks to a BBQ area, an outdoor kitchen, a lounge area with a built-in electric fireplace, and a pool with a pool bar and spa.
