The commercial bid submission date has been extended to 27 May 2019.

Client is expected to award the EPC contract by the third quarter 2019. The technical bids have been submitted and the last date for commercial bid submission was 20 May 2019. The EPC contract is expected to be awarded in August 2019 with project completion and commissioning expected by the first quarter of 2022. Bidders include McDermott, Larsen & Toubro Hydrocarbon Engineering, National Petroleum Construction Company, Petrofac, China Petroleum Engineering & Construction Corporation, Saipem; Consortium of Consolidated Contractors Company and Chiyoda CCC Engineering; Tecnicas Reunidas; TechnipFMC; SNC-Lavalin; Hyundai Engineering & Construction; Archirodon and Target Engineering.

Prequalified contractors are preparing to submit commercial bids by 22 July, 2019. There are two main packages part of the Dalma project.
Package A covers engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) works for the installation of offshore platforms, subsea pipelines and wellheads. This is the largest package with an estimated value of around $1bn.
Package B relates to onshore EPC works for building gas processing and sweetening facilities; setting up a pipeline network to transport gas to the onshore Habshan gas plant; building pipelines to transfer condensates to Zirku island; and other supporting facilities. This package is worth around $200m.
