The commercial bids are meant to be submitted by December 2019. project management consultancy firms have also submitted bids for project management consultancy (PMC) roles. Bids were submitted by the deadline of 5 August, 2019 for the PMC roles for the EPC packages. Eight of the major firms, invited by the client to bid for its proposed PMC pool, submitted bids for the Hail and Ghasha PMC positions:
