JanuaryAl-Ali Construction & Development has been awarded the main contract on this scheme. Contract scope of works includes piling, concrete, finishing, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and paving works.
- 14th
AprilThe foundation casting work of the project is in greater progress. The casting for C building has finished. The total scope of works includes Piling works, Concrete works, Finishing works, MEP works in addition to paving works, and a swimming pool.
- 24th
AugustThe structure concrete works for the project have advanced ahead of time. Floor casting works for the C1 and C2 blocks are progressing steadily and have reached the upper floor. The A1, A2, and B1, B2 blocks together reached their slab works for the third floor. The project consisting of six residential and commercial buildings has started the block and plastering works, following the completion of the floor castings. The overall scope of work comprises concrete works, finishing, MEP, pavement works, and a swimming pool over a total built-up area of 31,200 Sqr. Mtrs.
