The Component Project is Design & Build of Treated Sewage Effluent (TSE) tank, pumping station and Reverse Osmosis (RO) plant at Abu Dhabi International Airport (AUH.05.01.01- CUP 1- Central Utility Plant West).
As Abu Dhabi Airports new Midfield Terminal Building is fast approaching completion with all external works are completed/about to complete. MTB has excellent Landscape facilities around the terminal building.
ADAC has engaged Green Building concept in line with the directives of ADM and Estidama. Considering the availability of Treated Sewage Effulient (TSE) water from DN 1600 DI (in the future). 
ADAC has explored the opportunity to avail TSE from existing DN 1000 to the needs of Airport development. Accordingly ADAC has sought TSE water from ADDC to provide irrigation water for soft scape plants/trees/shrubs as well as make up water for District Cooling Plant (DCP-1) located in Abu Dhabi Interinational Airport (ADIA).
ADAC has been in various discussion with ADDC and the required scope of works are identified for Design & Build scope of Irrigation Water pumping station/network and scope of RO Plant.
All the works shall be in compliance to ADAC/ADDC requirements. D&B Contractor shall visit the site and familiarize with site condition/s.
All inquiries or requests for clarifications related to this RFI (if any) shall be submitted in writing through the messaging tool of the ADAC e-Sourcing Portal, at least three(03) working days prior to the RFI Response submission Closing Date.
All requests for clarification or inquiries shall be clearly titled as "REQUEST FOR CLARIFICATION FOR RFI SUBMISSION - BY [INSERT RESPONDENT NAME] and be submitted through messaging tool of the ADAC e-Sourcing Portal.
The Prequalified Respondents which pass this RFI/PQQ and have received ADAC instructions for depositing the Tender Fee will be required to pay a single time non refundable payment for Tender Fee of Five Thousand United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED 5,000.00) for participation in tender process. A 5% VAT shall be applied over and above the Tender document collection Fee and shall also be deposited along with Tender Fee. For clarity the total deposit including 5% VAT shall be AED 5,250/-
