MayUnder the IPP model, Client will enter into a long-term power purchase agreement (PPA) with EWEC as the off-taker of the electricity; and a long-term waste supply agreement with Tadweer as the provider of feedstock waste. Invitation of proposals from private sector companies to design, build, finance, operate and maintain the facilities would be announced soon.

MayClient has invited firms to bid for the transaction advisory contract. It expects to receive proposals by next week.
- 19th
MayIt is understood the client has moved the tender closing date for the transaction advisory contract to end May 2020. Legal, technical and financial consultants are expected to form a consortium to bid for the contract.
